All of the stylists were very friendly. That was a pleasant experience. I like my hair a lot but I don't know how to style it. I do wish I’d been offered some sort of instruction on how to style my hair and some tips on different looks with this cut and how to use the products. It would be helpful if the site www.compagniadellabellezza.com were accessible. I got a 404 no server found error when I went to look for both a photo of my haircut and hopefully some instructions on styling. It would be great to have an online of dos and don'ts for complexion and face shape like I saw in the book at the salon. Paolo gave me a consultation as soon as I walked in and was able to fit me in the next morning before I left town, which I really value. Because I like the cut and people were warm and down to earth I had a good experience and would return to the salon but I certainly wish I knew how to get the look I left with. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I really liked the salon. I think it looks nice when you walk in, and the staff is very personable. I also really loved the haircut I got there. The only problem is that I just can't afford to spend 70 on a haircut...and I realize that for the city they're prices are very competitive...
I just need to wait until I make more money...then I'll be back all the time!

Hi there, I visited Paolo's Compagnia della Bellezza Salon for the first time in November. I was in town from Toledo, Ohio on a convention with my class from Bowling Green State University. A friend and myself wanted to get our hair done in Chicago and come back to Ohio looking very different. We stopped in your salon and found a very warming and professional welcome. You fit us in that day and spend 5 hours with us. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am and that I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life. The color and cut suit me perfectly and everyone here loves it. Unfortunately it is time for another cut and color and I have to find someone here to make a comparable style. I will be back in March however and will be sure to stop in then. Thanks again for your sincerity and professionalism.

Atmosphere is good, w/ the bright colors, nice waiting area and the layout of the salon. It didn't look too expensive to me, but it also didn't look cheap. Very trency looking, but not too weird or off-the-wall. The place always looks clean and fixtures such as the mirrors and individual stations are cool.
I was greeted by one of the hair directors, who was very nice - even sat and talked to me for a few minutes. When Paolo was ready for me, he sat me down to disucss the look I was going for, what I wanted, etc., which was nice. Paolo is great - very friendly, easy to talk to, not overbearing or pushy or anything. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and the atmosphere of the salon is relaxed.
The 30% off colors on Wednesdays is nice - and Paolo does a fantastic job w/ highlights. I think that the cost of a hair cut is a bit expensive, and I would definitely need some sort of discount to get another one at this salon. Paolo does a great job, but at my age (23) I just can't afford at $70 (director level)haircut.

I felt you were professional, timely, and fun! I would like to book another appt. for Wed. the 21st of Jan. I will be traveling from no till then and will need a trim up for sure, and we will see what Paolo things about the color. I would like to com in the morning at 9:00 if that is doable or give me a time and I will work around you.
